Our Approach

To begin, reach out to us via email or phone to start the conversation. We’ll arrange an interview, either in-person if you’re local or over the phone if you’re not. During this interview, we aim to understand your preferences, strengths, and the types of businesses you’re interested in. Once we have this information, and after securing the necessary confidentiality agreements to protect our sellers, we present you with business opportunities that align with your needs and preferences. 

When you find a business that seems like a good fit, we provide all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision. This includes introducing you to the business, allowing you to review financials, and giving you time to conduct your own due diligence before making a contingent offer and securing financing. Finally, once the seller agrees to the conditions of your offer and financing is secured, we move to finalize the deal. We remain actively involved throughout the entire process to ensure a smooth transition and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
